Susan Storms
Fast Company’s Who’s Hot 2000 story headline
was, "Susan Storms Belongs In The
Salesperson Hall of Fame" yet her early accomplishments were in marketing,
promotion
and demand generation for media start-ups.
She brought the United Stations Radio network to market
for Dick Clark
re-branded and re-energized the ABC Radio Networks for Cap Cities,
crafted the promotional mall tour that launched the Fox Television Network,
designed the initial brand development and sales marketing rollout for Time
Warner
Cable in New York, and ran sales for Time Warner’s NY1 cable News Channel.
An early architect of Internet sales, Susan joined
Seth Godin’s fledgling Internet
marketing company-Yoyodyne, where "Permission Marketing" was born.
She has built and trained sales staffs, for a myriad of online companies,
including the
online loyalty program, MyPoints.com where she introduced a range of techniques
for
penetrating new markets.
A longtime marketing and sales consultant and a co-founder
of the Promotional
Broadcast Network, a former chair of the Country Radio Broadcasters and of
the
Broadcast Promotional Association, she pioneered many of the sponsorship and
affinity
marketing tactics now in widespread use. An expert special events producer,
she staged
large scale trade shows, conventions, sporting events, live concerts and charity
galas
including President Carter's first Habitat For Humanity fundraiser in New
York City.
A graduate of Bennett College, Susan served as a missionary
in Iran and supported
herself by tutoring the children of the Royal Family. She has traveled extensively
in
search of adventure and spiritual understanding ever since. She lives in Harrison,
New York.

extend their reach, market share and customer relationships.
During the last several years he has contributed marketing
strategy, integrated campaign
planning and execution and sales and CRM management and support for clients
like
SAP, Citicorp, Pfizer, Fidelity Human Resources Services, Saab Cars, Accenture,
Factiva,
Gartner, Bank of America and several start-ups.
A veteran strategist and marketer, he led the global
e-tailing practice and worked as a
President of Digitas Europe for clients like Morgan Stanley, Ann Taylor, BT
CellNet,
Neiman Marcus, AT&T, L.L. Bean, Wolters Kluwer, Federated Stores, Woolworth
(UK)
and B&Q (UK).
Earlier in his career, Danny was President of Relationship
Marketing at Ammirati Puris
Lintas and Lowe Worldwide where his client portfolio included Dell and Compaq
Computers, Ameritech, GMC Trucks, GM OnStar, LEGO Systems, Ortho-McNeil
Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, UPS, RCA and Goldman Sachs. Danny has also been
Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of CellularONE, Vice
President
and Director of Marketing at 1-800-Mattress, Chief Marketing Officer of the
Radio
Advertising Bureau and Vice President for Advertising and Promotion of the
Mutual
Broadcasting System.
He earned advanced degrees in
politics and economics at Columbia University. He lives
with his trophy wife, multi-talented daughter and lovelorn dog on Manhattan’s
Upper
West Side.
